Residence Permit

 

Based on an Agreement between CohE Turkey and Directorate General of Migration Management in 2016, the process will be done by the universities- their international offices.

The students have to lodge an application for the residence permit and will have to hand their documents to their international offices in 30 days after their application. The students are warned to make their applicatin in frame of the required time periods of their own.

Students will deliver their documents in exchange for signature. Incomplete files won’t be accepted. After the submission of documents, the files will be forwarded to the Directorate of Migration Management within that week.

The necessary documents fort he application are as follows:

  • - Application form
  • - 4 biometric photos with White background
  • - Passport copy- incomig page
  • - Student Document
  • - Receipt of a residence permit card price
  • - The following forms with signatures on them which can be found at the International Office: A-1, S-1 and G-1
  • - Students are advised to provide the address of the university-international office as the delivery address:

İkamet izni uzatma başvurularında ikamet izni randevu yoğunluğuna göre yeni bir sisteme geçilmiştir. 26 Temmuz 2018 tarihi itibariyle bazı illerimizde uzatma başvurusunda bulunmak isteyen yabancıların e-İkamet sisteminde tercih ettikleri randevu tarih ve saatte bulunduğu ildeki İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne istenilen evraklarla başvurması gerekmektedir.
