Tuition fees:

Tuition fee for international students is USD 2.500 (VAT included) for associate programs and USD 5.000 (VAT included) for undergraduate programs

Special Cases:

See 21. A one-year compulsory foreign language preparatory program is applied. At the end of the program, students who are successful at the proficiency exam are directly registered to the first year of their departments/programs. The period of study which is spent at the foreign language preparatory program is not included in the normal duration of study, which is indicated on the study period column. Students a) who can authenticate that they have been successful in one of the national and/or international foreign language tests approved by our university at the level determined again by our university or, b) who are successful in English Proficiency Exam carried out by our university at the beginning of the academic year are directly admitted to the first year of their departments/programs. Students are subjected to “The Regulations of Foreign Language Teaching in Higher Education Institutions and Principles in Foreign Language Teaching”.   

See 28. The language of instruction is English.

See 46. A one-year optional English Preparatory Program is applied considering a quota. The period of study which is spent at the foreign language preparatory program is not included in the normal duration of study, which is indicated on the study period column.

See 86. The language of instruction in this program is at least 30% in English.

Terms of Admission

Who are eligible for application?

The following candidates are considered eligible provided that they are high school seniors or high school graduates.

a)      Those who are of foreign nationality,

b)      Those who were Turkish citizens by birth and are permitted to quit Turkish citizenship by the Ministry of Interior, and their underage children registered in the renunciation of Turkish citizenship document authenticating they have the Exercise of Rights Document recognized by Law No. 5023, 

c)      Dual nationals who are of foreign nationals by birth, but have become Turkish citizens later,

d)     Those who are of Turkish nationality and completed the last 3 years of high school education in a foreign country except for North Cyprus Turkish Republic,

e)      Those who are from North Cyprus Turkish Republic and reside and have completed secondary education in North Cyprus Turkish Republic and have GCE AL test certificate.

 

 

Who are not eligible for application?

The application of the following candidates is not accepted.

a)      Those who are of Turkish Nationality (excluding those who completed the last 3 years of high school education in a foreign country except for North Cyprus Turkish Republic),

b)      Those who are from North Cyprus Turkish Republic (excluding those who have completed all of their secondary education in a high school in North Cyprus Turkish Republic and have GCE AL test certificate),

c)      Those who have dual nationality, one of which is Turkish Republic (excluding those who have completed the last 3 years of high school education in a foreign country except for North Cyprus Turkish Republic),

d)     Those who have dual nationality, one of which is North Cyprus Turkish Republic (excluding those who have completed all of their secondary education in a high school in North Cyprus Turkish Republic and have GCE AL test certificate),

e)      Those who are of Turkish Republic nationality and have completed high school education in North Cyprus Turkish Republic.

Documents required for application:

After all the documents, including the registration form, are scanned on the computer, they should be sent to the following e-mail address or delivered to the department of student Affairs by hand.

(1)   Application Form,

 

(2)   English or Turkish translation of high school diploma certified by notary or consulate (The original high school diploma and the document showing equivalency to Turkish diplomas will be presented at registration),

(3)   Transcript (a document showing student’s high school academic history -courses and grades- ratified by the related school administration, translated into English or Turkish – if not in one of these languages, and certified by notary or Turkish Republic Foreign Representatives),

(4)   A copy of English or Turkish translation of the identity page of passport, certified by notary or consulate,

(5)   If available, a photocopy of high school completion document or the test result document belonging to one of the national or international tests in the status of high school completion certificate accepted by our university. 

(6)    2 photographs of the candidate.
